Kan ik gratis annuleren? / Is cancelling my appointment free of charge?
U kunt een afspraak kosteloos annuleren. Wel vragen wij u dat z.s.m. te doen zodat anderen gebruik kunnen maken van uw slot.
You can cancel your appointment free of charge. We kindly ask you to cancel as soon as possible, so someone else can use your previous slot.
Zijn er kosten aan het spreekuur verbonden? / Do I have to pay for the consultation?
Nee het juridisch spreekuur is gratis. Tijdens het gesprek kunt u uw vraag/kwestie bespreken. Mocht er juridische hulp nodig zijn dan worden daar altijd aparte afspraken over gemaakt.
During the consultation we will try to advise you regarding your legal issue. If it turns out that more legal activities are required after the consultation, we will discuss if, and under which conditions we would be able to help. We will never charge any costs without prior consent.
Ik kan niet op dinsdag. Is een afspraak maken op een ander moment ook mogelijk?
Ja als u niet op een dinsdag kan, kunt u mailen naar mail@rechtsconsultrotterdam.nl. Dan kunnen we kijken of het maken van een (online) afspraak op een ander moment mogelijk is.
